Big scale capacity of flour milling plant will adopt fully automatic and modern production work by computer PLC control system. Raw material storage may use steel silos or cement silos.
In 15 days after having signed contract, our technology team will be able to finish suitable installation layout for whole flour milling plant. We will provide the customer technology flowchart after the customer has confirmed technology request.

Production Capacity: 50-1000tons/24hours of wheat. Final products: All kinds of different fineness wheat flour. By-product: Wheat bran. Operation and Control: PLC Control System or common electricity control system. Voltage and current frequency: three phase 110V~380V, 50Hz or 60Hz.
It has not only high running speed but also high production capacity. Its roller diameter will be 250mm mainly. Its roller length will be 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1250mm. Automatic feeding will be controlled by pneumatic system.

Corn Flour Mill
Production Capacity: 10-300tons/24hours of corn or maize. Main Products: 16~30 mesh corn grits, 40~80 mesh corn flour. Main products will be able to make foods or corn starch. By-product: Corn germ and corn bran. By-products will be able to make animal feed.
